RetireHQ does not condone or tolerate spam. RetireHQ only sends email to RetireHQ system administrators to announce new updates or replies as requested to RetireHQ users in efforts to provide technical support.

Only you control who has access to your RetireHQ account. You have the power to decide what privileges each user may have.

The RetireHQ software requires that you enable cookies. We do this because it is the most secure means to permit login access to your version of RetireHQ. RetireHQ is committed to the protection of children's privacy. All RetireHQ users must be at least 13 years of age. Given the online and always available nature of the RetireHQ service, we cannot verify the age of all our subscribers, or the records they keep. Since data collected by RetireHQ is wholly owned by you - the RetireHQ subscriber - it is your responsibility to collect and share only that information for which you are legally permitted. RetireHQ does not market its services to children under the age of 13.
